Do I have to buy anything to enter?

No. You can enter for free with the free entry form or by email — no purchase or payment of any kind. Free entries carry exactly the same odds as joining.

Does joining give me better odds?

No. Every entrant gets one entry into their layer’s drawing and one into the Grand Prize drawing, whether they join or enter free. Joining simply enters you automatically — and before Oct 21, it locks in founding pricing too.

Who’s eligible?

Legal residents of the U.S. (excluding Rhode Island), 18 or older, who are verified dental professionals — a practice owner or dentist, clinician or team member, dental vendor, or dental consultant. See the Official Rules for full details.

Can I win both prizes?

Yes. The Grand Prize is drawn separately from the Layer Prizes, so the Grand Prize winner can also win their layer’s free year.

When are winners picked?

Entries close October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM MT. Five winners are drawn at random and contacted by email no later than November 21, 2026. Every prize is delivered no later than eight weeks after that.

How does the travel voucher work?

Tell us your airline or hotel and we’ll send a $1,500 gift card in that brand within eight weeks of being contacted. If a brand doesn’t offer gift cards, you’ll get a $1,500 prepaid Visa or Amex instead.

Are prizes taxable?

Taxes are the winner’s responsibility. Any prize worth $600 or more is reported on a Form 1099-MISC, so winners complete a W-9 before the prize is awarded.
