How The Dental Bridge collects, uses, and protects your information. Effective October 6, 2026.
The Dental Bridge is a membership community operated by Frankly Consulting LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 1840 Market St, Denver, CO 80202. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website and The Dental Bridge community, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us. When you join, check out, enter the giveaway, apply to be an affiliate, request sponsorship information, register your interest, or contact us, we collect what you provide — such as your name, email address, mailing address, company, community layer, and anything you include in a message. If you refer a colleague, we collect the email address you share for them.
Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are not stored on our servers. We receive confirmation of your purchase and basic details such as your name, email, and what you bought.
Verification information. To keep each community layer made up of verified dental professionals, we may confirm your role using details such as your work email domain, public professional profiles (for example, LinkedIn), and, for clinical roles, the public NPI Registry.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information such as your browser type, device, pages visited, and IP address. We may use cookies or similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand how it is used.
Advertising and measurement. We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc., to understand how visitors use our site and to measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. It may collect information such as the pages you visit, buttons you click, and whether you complete a sign-up, and Meta may use cookies to do this. You can manage how Meta uses this information for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
If you share a colleague’s email address through a referral, you confirm you have their permission to do so. We send a referred person a single email introducing The Dental Bridge and do not add them to any marketing list unless they opt in themselves.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing emails, by contacting us at the address below. Every marketing email also includes a way to unsubscribe. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law, and we will honor requests as required.
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide membership and services, meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Dental Bridge is intended for professionals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Our site may link to other websites and services, such as checkout or scheduling pages. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
